2025 End of Year Product Update

Matt Valkovic
December 4, 2025

The Atomic team has been heads down building our payment centralization platform to make money movement easy, compliant, and efficient for RIAs and Family Offices. Here is a quick rundown of the new features, functions, and improvements we've shipped since our last update in May. We are very excited for what's to come in 2026!

Upstream Updates

Private investment document ingestion now automated.
We went live with integrations with Arch and Canoe, two leading private investment management platforms, to automate the ingestion of capital call documents and intelligently parse key payment details for workflow review and streamlined payment processing.

Draft Payment Requests to streamline intake workflows.
Many payment requests arrive with incomplete or partial information. We released Draft Payment Requests to allow client service teams to start a draft payment request, add key details, attach documents and other files, and merge other draft payment requests before putting them into the workflow. We also continued to enhance our document parsing technology to ingest client forwarded emails and documents.

Workflow Updates

Automated Margin Verification.
Using data from our custodian API integrations, we added a Margin automatic verification that evaluates whether the funding account has single account margin capacity or multi-margin capacity.

Default Payment Account tagging.
Client service and Operations teams can now set a Default Payment Account with any Entity. Default account tags appear in both Entity and Account searches, making it easy to identify the correct funding account.

More granular workflow conditions.
We expanded the number of conditions available within the Payment Request workflow to support more granular, policy-driven money movement. Firms can now apply logic based on payment type, payment party, vendor category, SLOA, amount thresholds, and additional criteria.

Major enhancements to payment request details.
We added several critical capabilities to the payment request details including: 1) an enhanced document viewer that allows multiple documents to be uploaded; 2) a Notes section to allow users to add important details about a payment; 3) the ability to create User Groups so any one person in a Group assigned to a payment request can complete workflow tasks; and 4) a unique Payment Request ID for clearer transaction tracking.

International wire support.
Users can now log International wire payments and corresponding vendors.

Downstream Updates

Flagship custodian API integration completed.
We completed and deployed a full integration with a flagship custodian’s APIs, enabling live support for money movement, standing instructions, and account operations.

Contextual SSO to Schwab Move Money.
We now support a direct and contextual SSO login experience to Schwab’s Move Money portal from Atomic Insights. In the first half of next year, we will be integrating with Schwab’s new Move Money APIs.

Data & Reporting Updates

Expanded Treasury data.
On our Treasury page, we now display an account’s strategic sub-advisor where applicable, as well as single- and multi-account margin capacity.

Position-level visibility.
Also on our Treasury page, users can now drill into an account’s positions to view detailed security and cash values.

Payment request creation directly from Treasury.
From any account on the the Treasury page, users can create a Draft or Active Payment Request.

Custodian status in transaction tables.
In our Payment Requests table and on our Transactions page, we’re now displaying the Custodian Transaction Status once a payment has been processed.

Improved vendor data management.
We enhanced how vendor addresses are handled by separating out each address field and added the ability to edit vendor details directly within a Payment Request.

Standing Letters of Authorization page.
Under Organization Settings, we introduced a complete, searchable database of all standing instructions, across all payment types, ingested from custodians.

As we wrap up 2025, we’re proud of the momentum behind our mission to simplify money movement for RIAs and Family Offices.  We're especially grateful to our early customers who have partnered with us to share feedback, shape the product, and make Atomic Insights an essential tool for their business. This year’s progress sets the foundation for a major leap forward in 2026 as we continue building and enhancing the Atomic Insights platform.
