Last week, the Atomic Insights team gathered in Phoenix for our annual company offsite. It was an opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, connect as a team, and look ahead to 2026.

Why Phoenix

A few of us were already in town for the Advyzon conference, so we took the opportunity to bring the full team together. As a distributed company, we don't often get the chance to be in the same room—Phoenix gave us two days to share a meal, trade ideas, and align on where we're headed.

Human Performance

A highlight of the offsite was a session led by the team at O2X, a human performance company that works with elite military units, first responders, and corporate teams. Their message was simple but powerful: focus on getting 1% better every day.

They walked us through practical frameworks for sleep optimization, stress management, and maintaining physical and mental health—especially in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. For a startup team moving quickly to build and ship product, the timing couldn't have been better.

Customer Focus & Product Strategy

We spent time reviewing our customer personas, value propositions, and the pain points we're solving for RIAs and family offices. It's easy to get heads-down on features and releases—the offsite gave us space to zoom out and make sure we're building the right things for the right people.

From there, we mapped out our product strategy and roadmap for 2026: deeper custodian connectivity, smarter workflows, and tools that give operations teams better visibility into payment activity across their firms.
